国际化时尚服饰专业群资源库及中外合作共建平台是集合时尚品牌文化子库，时尚设计素材子库，时尚服饰工艺子库，时尚造型设计子库，时尚展示演艺子库等共七个子库，与平面裁剪与制作工艺，时尚英语概述（双语），时装设计基础（双语），服装买手（双语），摄影与造型技术（双语），时装画技法，时尚服饰项目设计，橱窗设计，服装商品管理等多个慕课课程和拓展微课案例集共同所构建的资源库。

中外合作共建平台通过集合时尚传播、时尚设计师、时尚管理、时尚秀场等多个模块，旨在构建一个综合性的国际合作。网络，以促进时尚产业的全球交流与合作。时尚传播模块专注于时尚信息的全球传播和文化交流。时尚设计师模块致力于为全球设计师提供一个展示和合作的平台。时尚管理模块聚焦于时尚产业的商业运作和管理。时尚秀场模块通过组织和参与国际时尚周活动。

The International Fashion Apparel Professional Group Resource Library and China-Foreign Cooperative Construction Platform is a collection of seven sub-libraries, including the Fashion Brand Culture Sub-library, Fashion Design Material Sub-library, Fashion Apparel Technology Sub-library, Fashion Styling Design Sub-library, and Fashion Exhibition Performance Sub-library, along with various MOOC courses and extended micro-course case sets such as Flat Pattern Cutting and Manufacturing Technology, Fashion English Overview (Bilingual), Basic Fashion Design (Bilingual), Fashion Buyer (Bilingual), Photography and Styling Techniques (Bilingual), Fashion Drawing Techniques, Fashion Apparel Project Design, Window Design, and Apparel Merchandise Management.

The China-Foreign Cooperative Construction Platform, through the integration of modules such as Fashion Communication, Fashion Designers, Fashion Management, and Fashion Show, aims to build a comprehensive international cooperation network to promote global exchange and cooperation in the fashion industry. The Fashion Communication module focuses on the global dissemination and cultural exchange of fashion information. The Fashion Designers module is dedicated to providing a platform for global designers to showcase and collaborate. The Fashion Management module concentrates on the business operations and management of the fashion industry. The Fashion Show module organizes and participates in international fashion week events.
